Jennifer Mirgorod
Jennifer founded Crest Consulting, a leadership and executive coaching firm, after decades of senior executive leadership and non-profit experience. Her career began in media research in Atlanta, and she later moved to Hong Kong for eight years, where she led sales teams across the Asia-Pacific region. Upon returning to the US, Jennifer climbed the ranks at WarnerMedia (now Warner Bros. Discovery) managing sales, marketing, and business development teams across North America. In addition to her corporate experience, Jennifer serves on the board of two non-profit organizations.
Jennifer's passion for the people-side of leadership is evident in her coaching firm and practice, and she has built a reputation for developing strong cultures. She is a certified coach through the Center for Executive Coaching, an ACC credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Positive Intelligence practitioner and is also certified in the Hogan suite of personality assessments.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, teenage daughters, and energetic dogs.
